Here is a great sec. signed Pres. Martin Van Buren land grant document from Nov. 10, 1840. It is approx. 15 1/2" x 10" in size. As to condition, it does have the usual folds from age and the writing is slightly faded. It was for a piece of property in Gallia County, Ohio, It does have the Land Office embossed seal on the lower left corner. A great piece of presidential history!
